VOTE

I feel very proud to have been on line with my partner Rafael at 5:50 AM and be number 3 and 4, respectively, in our voting precinct. Myself coming from a family of immigrants and Rafael being an immigrant, who has become a proud citizen of this country. So we may just be only 2 Americans, with 2 votes, but we do not take that right and privilege lightly. We believe that our votes count and make a difference. We felt like 2 little school kids when we left, we had planned on going back to sleep, but like Christmas morning, we were too excited. I may not agree with a lot of my friends or even family members political beliefs, but I love that we can disagree and still be friends and family. God Bless America, and God Bless you and me.....
